Oxted Open for Business – supporting and championing our local high street heroes
Surrounded by the beautiful Surrey Hills and rolling countryside, Oxted has a strong community feel and is a great place to visit, shop, eat out and do business.
With a significantly higher proportion of independent shops than other high streets, great places to eat and a range of offices, Oxted has a unique character. The town also has many essential services which are disappearing from many high streets: banks, post offices, a library and supermarkets. Oxted also has a leisure centre and cinema conveniently located in the town centre.
In Oxted town centre, free one hour parking is available on street or in the Ellice Road car park. Parking is free the the Ellice Road car park after 5pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
