If you have noticed the new Streeter Marshall signage appearing on Solicitors, Teresa M Cornwell’s offices (currently under refurbishment), do not be alarmed: Teresa is still there, but the exciting news is that her practice will shortly be incorporated into the larger local firm of Streeter Marshall.
Teresa is very well known in Oxted, having practised here since 1993, the last 27 years of which being in the premises in Station Road West opposite the station.
Streeter Marshall has been established in Surrey for over 200 years and has High Street offices in Croydon, Warlingham, Purley and Coulsdon.
Teresa believes Streeter Marshall shares her business ethos and is happy that the incorporation of her practice into the larger firm will relieve her of time consuming administration and compliance matters.
She will continue to work in the same premises when the refurbishment has been completed, alongside her existing team and new members of the Streeter Marshall team, headed up by Charlotte Holfert.
Teresa’s practice is currently working from her office in The Stables behind the Station Road West building. Please continue to contact them on the same email and telephone number as before.
The newly refurbished (and extended) office under the Streeter Marshall name is due to open at the end of March.
