The new year is a time when businesses tend to take stock and consider plans and resolutions for growth and change.
If you’re a business owner – whether home or High Street based, corporate or sole trader there are always challenges to be faced and in the current economic climate, on the back of Brexit and Coronavirus, there are undoubtedly more challenges for business owners than ever before.
Tandridge District Council has joined forces with the three other Councils that form East Surrey (Epsom and Ewell, Mole Valley, Reigate and Banstead) to assess the current business environment and understand the challenges faced by businesses in the area.
In order to do that, they are running a short survey – 2023 East Surrey Business Survey – to help better understand the growth challenges, skills and employment needs and business support requirements for local businesses, with regards to things like:
- Workforce, skills and training
- Transport and communication
- Business premises
- Access to finance
The survey is open to all businesses of all shapes and sizes in the East Surrey area. It takes just 10 minutes to complete but will help our local councils to assess the current local business landscape and identify key needs to support growth.
