Families struggling financially due to the Covid-19 pandemic could be eligible for financial support through the Surrey Crisis Fund, to help with things like:
- Food and toiletries.
- Essential white goods and furniture, although replacement items aren’t provided.
- Utilities.
- Emergency travel costs, for things like hospital appointments and job interviews.

Residents can also contact the Community Helpline on 0300 200 1008 on Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, or by SMS on 0786 0053 465 for deaf and hearing-impaired residents only on Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
