Tandridge Council is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to work with them across their range of properties.
They are inviting businesses with the relevant experience, competency and qualifications to tender for responsive repair work to our 3,200 council-owned properties and other buildings, working with our own Operational Services team, focusing on seven specialist areas:
- Electrical
- Drainage
- Fencing
- Groundwork
- Guttering
- Roofing
- Windows and doors (UPVC)
The tender process for this work is scheduled to start on 24 September 2020 and contractors are welcome to tender for work in as many of the seven areas as they’d like.
